ABOUT THE AGENDA & OUR SPECIAL GUESTS

Attendees will have the chance to review and respond to priorities for garden design that emerged from the first session on 7/2.

Then, community experts Katie Pollock, a Master Teacher and Nature Educator at the UD Lab School, and McKay Jenkins, Environmental Humanities professor at the University of Delaware and overseer of the Rock Rose Food Justice Project in Baltimore, will lead a workshop to facilitate the community's thinking on how the garden can be designed to serve as an outdoor learning environment and toward the goal of expanding access in our community to nature, gardening and fresh produce. All are welcome. RSVP is encouraged but not required.
